Our company deals with Allen Lumber everyday on all kinds of projects. The staff are more than friendly and very helpful. I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! Thank you for a positive shopping experience!

We had this family run business do our kitchen renos and from start to finish they did a wonderful job. Staff in their business were helpful with guiding and explains the many options. They showed up to do the job with no delays and went over and above to complete all details of the project. Kitchen and bathroom look fantastic would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had a bad experance from start to finish. We bought a new fridge and had trouble the day after delivery called Bad Boy they never once called back. After 5 service calls the fridge is working.We talked to there complaints Guy from toronto who was going to try and get us an extended warrinty for all our trouble he never called back. We will never shop there again.
