Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.

Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! Based on the service provided Tow All Inc. Is undoubtedly the best out there. As CAA affiliate these guys provide service excellence. Prompt service and their serviceman Chris Davis was very pleasant. I needed a tire change along CR-45 at 8:30 PM and Chris got to us in 30 minutes. Thank you very much.

We had our BRAND new truck towed because the dealer never gave us a second set of keys (back ordered fob) and the dispatch and driver were amazing to deal with. The driver was professional and courteous. He arrived when he said, and contacted me when he successfully dropped off the truck I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area.

We had called Jim's Towing in the evening and were able to get them out to move a shed the following morning. Very impressed with their service. Doug from Jim's Towing assisted with this. This was a huge shed and extremely heavy. After already having a different company out who said they couldn't do it, Doug had the shed on the flatbed by himeself! KUDOS! We would definitely use their service again!
