This was was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The service manager was going to get back to me with an estimate for my TV repair. After I asked him to hurry because I am waiting for estimates from another shop as well, he started shouting at me to go ahead with the other shop and that he is NOT doing any repairs for me. I tried to reason with him but was only getting abuse in response, so I hung up the phone. Since when is comparison shopping is a crime?
