Venez savourer un délicieux repas chez Emerald Chinese Restaurant. Au menu chow mein, dim sum et soupe wonton, dans une gamme de prix allant de 11$ à 25$. L'ambiance de ce restaurant est décontractée et familiale. Vous pouvez vous y rendre facilement par transport en commun ou voiture.
The restaurant is overcrowded and not clean. Service is very slow and the waiters are very un-friendly. We had to wait for more than 5 minutes at the entrance to be noticed and seated. The spare ribs are just plain bones, nothing to eat. When I complained to the waiter, he refused to take the ribs off the bill. The food seems to be not fresh enough. Also, the waiter had to be reminded twice to bring back the change. When we were leaving, the staff did not acknowledge and say "good bye". I will definitely not go there again. This is one of the worst restaurants I have been to in Ontario.
THe waiter was very rude. We got very POOR service. When we asked for an extra plate we had to ask for more than 4 times until eventually we have to pick it up ourselves in one of the counters where they stacked their clean plates. However the ironic thing is when we were about to leave although we still have the conscience to leave them a 5% tip due to poor service, the waiter had the AUDACITY to count our tip infront of us and did NOT allow us to leave the table until we pay them the minimum 15 % tip . I was with a guest and did not want to embarrass the situation and therefore I had decided to comply. BUT I REALLY REALYY REGRET THIS BECAUSE THESE RUTHLESS PEOPLE NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON. THEY DELIVER LOUSY SERVICE YET STILL DEMANDING !!! HOW DARE!@!!
I AM REALLY ANGRY BUT WHAT I REGRET IS I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THE POSTINGS BEFORE GOING TO THIS RESTUARANT. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE WORST CHINESE RESTAURANT IN MISSSISSAUGA!!!!!!!!
Very unfriendly staff, poor quality food, not fresh. It takes them more than 10 minutes to notice you at the door and to find you a table. Whenever you complain about the food (which is often, because the food is not fresh), they never apologize and they refuse to take the dish off the bill. They do not want to give change, you have to ask them again and again to bring back the change. I am totally disappointed - I invited my two friends to this restaurant and they did not like it. I will never go there again.
