Fresh and and made to order. Rice is tender and rolls are carefully prepared. Services is very freindly but satisfactory as it can be slow. Food presentation is no frills and could be a bit more creative. Overall, one of the best sushi houses in terms of food quality in the Aurora-Newmarket area.

Sorry, I just had the worst Chicken Teriyaki in Sushi Itto. I am certainly a Japanese food lover. I have been lots of Japanese restaurants and sorry, Sushi Itto is not up to the standard. They only bolied the chicken meat and then cut it into piece. Put it on top of a bed of rice (mind you, it's not even Japanese rice)and some beans sprouts. That's it. Oh well, a little bit of sauce. The presentation is absolutely nothing. No need to mention the taste of it. Nothing authentic there. Save your $10.95 plus tax and go somewhere else.
