The worst customer service in windsor by far, Megan had no answer for us at all as our newly purchased appliances were junk on delivery smashed up in the boxes from obviously there incompetent fork lift drivers , There customer care approach is 0 to less , hold please , let me send you here hold please are you serious Noah , Ive got an idea now that you have lost us and all 5 daughters here in south windsor Get a popsicle bike and sell them ! After waiting at the customer pick up area for 15 minutes I finally called into the store to find out why no one was coming. They pages a guy who promptly came out and called us liars saying we weren’t waiting that long. He stated he got the request at 11:45. He failed to check his watch because when he finally came out it was 11:59. Finally went back in to customer service and cancelled the entire order. Not only did they lose the sale but they have now lost a customer for life.

I bought a $2000 dining room table from Tepperman's in April, the finish on it is so terrible, i have permanent rings and marks on the table from food and glasses of milk. I was directed to Customer Care where I keep being told that they do not consider it a manufacture defect. We can't even eat at our table without causing permanent damage to the finish on the table, but apparently that is OUR fault and not a reflection on the quality of the product and so they will do nothing about it.

Worst customer service I've ever got from any company they don't care about their customers at all, I ordered a bedroom set for my sons birthday 2months ahead of time to make sure I get it to him in time they delivered it twice one with missing part and 2nd time was missing part broken I don't recommend them at all
