    With their sturdy and reliable costumes, the many creative options to choose from, and the excellent customer service they offer, Oya Costumes has got to be one of the most successful online costume stores in North America. Most of Oya Costumes' competitors I contacted when I needed a costume were very unhelpful and borderline arrogant. But despite the heavy demand, the staff at Oya Costumes proved to be friendly and genuinely wanted to help. I was very happy with their service!

    Had an awesome experience ordering from them. they are based in Canada, which save the trouble of customs/duty and super fast shipping!! will definitely purchase from them again!!

    BEWARE - Totally NOT satisfied with this place, I bought Clown shoes and they arrived in a plastic bag, so of course they were BOTH damaged. Then it takes them days to respond and now they will only refund 1/2 the shoe price and not my shipping costs. BEWARE don't buy from them!!

    Hi Julie, we are sorry about the defect with the clown shoes. We offered to pick up the shoes at our expense and give you full refund. Unfortunately we can't specify exactly what time FedEx would come, although we did offer as well for FedEx to pick it up from your work address or any other address. As you chose instead to keep it, we extended a 50% off. We are sorry about the inconvenience.

    My order came within 3 days with the FedEx ground shipping options (I live in Ontario and it was shipped from Montreal). I was so happy to have such fast service without paying an extra fee! My costume fit perfectly and was a great price (I had compared it to prices of competitors before purchasing.) I definitely recommend !
